Superstar Rajnikanth lashed out at the print media for publishing the
photos of the veteran actresses stating that they are involved in flesh
trade. He said the news paper should have a strong evidence for
publishing on a particular news.
Rajni appealed to print media not to print the photos of people who are involved in prostitution in their news daily. He also added that if anyone does the flesh trade they are doing it just for their livelihood. He requested the reports to deal such cases as a humanitarian concerns.
Meanwhile, the Madras journalist union held a protest against the arrest of the Dinamalar editor. The journalists demanded the release of the editor.
The Nadigar Sangam, an association for South Indian Actors, thanked the Tamilnadu chief minister for reacting quickly on the issue.
