The fight for the number one position is not prominent among heroes in Tollywood. Many of them have their own loyal fan following who swear by their names.

However in an industry there has to be a number one and at least some sections of the media will not fail to measure the same. Two heroes have dominated the industry so far.

They are young tiger Jr. NTR who has ruled the masses and Mahesh Babu who has ruled the classes. Now there is a third hero in the reckoning and he is none other than Ramcharan Teja.

Though he has done two movies, many feel that he has the potential to make it to the top. Only time will tell who can take the throne of Tollywood.

All Heroes will grace Star Night : Dasari Narayana Rao

We are aware that Telugu Film Industry is conducting Star Night on November 7th to raise funds for the flood victims. The MAA held a pressmeet to announce the details of the event.

"All arrangements are already done. Film personalities from other industries too will grace this event. Late NTR and ANR stood front to help the needy. We are continuing, what they have done in the past. Conducting this event is giving immense satisfaction to us. People from all quarters are coming forward to take part in this grand event. We are all one and we will collectively participate in the event and help the flood victims," said MAA president Murali Mohan.

"Star Night would be held at Gachibowli Indoor stadium on November 7th. All Heroes, 22 Heroines, character artists and comedians will participate in this event. Any one, who wishes to grace the event should buy the ticket including me and my family members. Rajnikanth, Vijaykanth, Surya and Sarath Kumar from Tamil Industry will grace the event. Veteran Bollywood actors Rajesh Khanna and Jithendra will also participate. Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan's participation is not yet confirmed," Dasari Narayana Rao.

Yuva Rajyam producer raped Receptionist

Yuva Rajyam film producer Haran Hussein Saied has raped his employee(Coordinator cum Receptionist in his film production house) and threatened to kill her if she reveals it to anyone. The 19 year old girl has approached radical Hindu Organisation Viswa Hindu Parishath seeking protection from the producer. She has appealed them to save her life from the producer who owes to kill her if she goes against his wish.

"I was asked to accompany him for inviting the politicians and film industry people for the audio release function. When, we finished our work he invited me to join him for a dinner at his home, and I couldn't guess his intention behind it. I followed him into his house where he raped me and threatens to kill me if I reveal it to anyone. I felt that only VHP can give me protection from him and can give a fight to him," said the victim.

VHP leaders promised to fight for her till the culprit lands behind the bars. It is surprising that, the victim prefers to approach VHP rather than lodging a complaint with local police, which gives a twist in the case leading to Hindu Muslim problems.

Siddharth to work on his physique

According to sources Siddharth is all set to work on his physique. The reason is that he is going to act in an action movie which is similar to the Hindi flick “Lakshya”.

This film expected to be an action thriller will be directed by Allari Ravibabu. Siddharth is expected to sport a six-pack body for the same.

Meanwhile he has also consented to do a socio-fantasy flick under ABODE banner. This flick will be produced by famous director K Raghavendra Rao and directed by his son Kovelamudi Prakash while the leading lady happens to be the sensuous Shruti haasan.

Sources indicate that Sidz will hire Aamir Khan’s trainer for his physique.

Raasi keen to produce a movie

Actress Raasi had been in her peak during the 90s. However the actress went into oblivion later and was not seen for a long time. The actress did make her comeback though as a producer.

However the movie failed miserably which brought in lot of debt for the actress as per sources. But then, the actress does not seem to have given up and wants to prove a point.

According to sources, she has acquired another good script from a local writer and is in search for a financial source.

Sources indicate that recently she met a producer who recommended her to some friends that he knows. Only time will tell whether Raasi will be successful in her efforts or not.

Balakrishna with three heroines

Telugu star Balakrishna is currently busy with the flick titled 'Simha' which was launched recently. The movie will be directed by popular director Boyapati Sreenu.

Meanwhile another highlight of the movie is that three heroines are going to be part of this venture. Voluptuous beauty Namitha is expected to be the glam doll in this one.

It appears that the young brand of heroes is keen on proving their mettle in terms of hype and glory. This time, it looked like the turn of young tiger NTR junior to flaunt his presence in a big way. All this was happening for the mega final episode of the popular TV show ‘Dhee’ which comes in the popular ETV channel.

The venue is the famous Ramoji Film City and junior came in helicopter. While some were saying “ chaala extra gaa undhi”, there were a few who support junior. They say that he is keen on projecting himself above everyone in the league of stars and such gimmicks are necessary.

Doing movies like ‘Brindavanam’ made at a budget of Rs 30 crores is another way of projecting himself as above all. While all this is okay, many are hoping that this doesn’t become an overdose and junior proves that he has inherited the genes of his legendary grandfather.

Rajnikanth Robo completes 80% shoot

Superstar Rajnikanth and ace director Shankar upcoming film Robo shooting is progressing at brisk space. 80% of the shooting has been wrapped up and post production is going on simultaneously. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is the female lead of the film. A R Rahman is composing music for the film. Ayngaran International and Eros Multimedia combinely producing this film.

Robo is all set to become grand and entertaining film ever made in Indian cinema. Robo will be simultaneously released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and other languages. This project would cost Rs.120 crores.

Jr.NTR Adurs audio launch on November 20

The audio launch Jr.NTR and Nayantara starrer Adurs will be held on November 20th. Sheela plays the second female lead. Jr.NTR will be seen in dual role in the film. VV Vinayak is the director of the film. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music. Produced by Vallabhaneni Vamsi under Vishnavi Arts banner and presented by Kodali Nani. The film is said to be an action packed romantic entertainer. Adurs is slated to hit screens on December 18th.

Allu Arjun Aarya 2 audio release on November 2

Allu Arjun's upcoming film Aarya 2 audio is all set to hit stands on November 2nd. Kajal is the female lead of the film. Sukumar, who directed the original is directing this movie too. Navadeep and Shraddha Das are doing supporting roles in this film. Music of the film is by Devi Sri Prasad. V Aditya Babu and Bhogavalli Prasad are combinely producing the film on Aditya Arts banner. The film is expected to hit screens in the second half of November.

I like Prabhu Deva : Nayantara

Controversy queen Nayantara revealed during a interview to a popular Tamil channel that she likes Prabhu Deva. When asked her why she had a tattoo design on her arm which said PDeva, Nayan replied saying that she had the name tattooed because she liked the person, meaning Prabhu Deva. The PDeva tattoo on her arm has created a lot of controversy and the relationship she shares with Prabhu Deva is already the talk of the town.

Nayantara also said that though she received quite a number of love letters right from her school days she never reciprocated to any of them.

Kalyan Ram's film Jayeebhava is low on violence when compared to his previous films and high on entertainment values. Story: Bhavani Shanker(Mukesh Rushi) and Narasimha(Jayaprakash Reddy) were good friends. But, Yadu(Ashish Vidhyardhi) succeeds in separting them and now they are arch rivals. Ram(Kalyan Ram) is a young guy persuing his higher studies abroad. Ram happens to meet Anjali(Hansika) in a strange incident. Both of them falls in love. But, they come to know that their fathers were friends once and got separated only because of Yadu, a don now. Ram traps Yadu and sends him to prison. Now he sketches a plan to unite the two friends and there by tie Knot with Anjali. Does they succeed in their job or not forms the rest of the story. Performances: Kalyan Ram: He comes up with a neat performance. His excels in dances and fights. But he suffers from the same problem as all young heroes - dialogue delivery and diction in some scenes. He needs to work on his facial expressions. Hansika: She looks gorgeous in the film. Her impressive histrionics will surely win the hearts of the Telugu film lovers once again. She is definitely an asset to the film. Her costumes in the film were trendy. Ali's comedy track is hilarious. Raghu Babu comedy raises few laughs. Bramhanandam makes sure that his presence is felt. Mukesh Rushi, Jayaprakash Reddy and Ashish Vidhyardhi are Okay. Plus Points: Kalyan Ram's Screen Presence and NTR Arts banner Hansika Songs Second Half Production Values Minus Points: Old fashioned tale Screenplay Climax Technical Department: Cinematography is of top notch. Music of the film is good. Director Naren has succeeded to some extent in handling a light hearted subject. The young director delivers a good entertainer despite choosing a familiar plot. Presentation is effective. Screenplay is adequate. Editing could have been better. Production values of the film are grand. Analysis: Jayeebhava is a light hearted entertainer. The first half of the film is Okay. The second half is entertaining. Predictable scenes are a big setback to this film. Kalyan Ram should be uplauded for his gutsy decision in choosing a debutant to direct this film. Verdict: A complete family entertainer.

The much publicized film that tuned most popular with the super hit song ‘Ravanamma’ has released today. Let us see how it faired well.

Story:
Sai (Sai Ram) is a motor mechanic. His father (Chandramohan) works as a clerk in a construction company owned by a rich real estate lord Surya Prakash (Sayaji Shinde). Surya Prakash’s daughter Aishwarya (Bindu Madhavi) is an arrogant girl. Consequences make Sai and Aishwarya love together. How Surya Prakash reacts to that forms the main story. He gives Sai an offer that he is ready to give his daughter to him if he can earn at least half of his property. But Sai says that if financial status is the barrier for marriage, he would bring down Surya Prakash to his standard. Things move accordingly in second half and finally how Sai gets success is the climax.

Performances:
Sai Ram:
He groomed to some extent but stills needs to be. His hair style and costumes are in tune with the character he played but his dialogue delivery is pitiful. He is not appealing for any set of audiences with that. He needs to get trained in diction part.

Bindu Madhavi:
She looked spicy and perfectly gelled well in arrogant role. Director proved successful in giving a different look for her and broken the jinx of family look that she acquired with ‘Avakai Biryani’.

Raksha is ok as rich mother of heroine and Sayaji also grooved well in his part. Chandramohan and Kovai Sarala did their part as parents of poor hero.

Ali and Venu Madhav could bring only minimum laughs with their Magadheera spoof, although there is better scope.

Music is good and trendy. Dialogues are good, screenplay is normal and direction is average.

Analysis:
The movie is a reverse of Chiranjeevi’s ‘Challenge’. The protagonist in this denies the offer given by his rich lover’s father to become rich and marry his daughter. But in turn he gives a bumper challenge that he would bring that rich man to his level (poor) to marry his lover as financial status is the only barrier for their marriage.

The scope to make it a wonderful entertainer is very big. But this movie is limited only to a few laughs. The entertainment graph has been up and down since the beginning. A few scenes like when heroine beating the hero with stick received good response. The credit goes to dialogues there.

The ‘Magadheera’ spoof of Ali and Venu Madhav started with promising entertainment but that ended up very weak. There are no thrills and chills and everything goes as predicted. On a whole, the exercise is done but that’s not sufficient for this type of film.

The take off is good, first half ends up with a powerful interval bang. The second half goes as expected and finally it ends up as predicted. The film could have raised interest levels with more humor in it. To sum up, it ended up as a mundane treat.

Bottom Line: Watch it if you wish to kill time

Sexiest Heroine Nude In 'Red Chilly Tub'

Bombshells, bikini show and bath tub scenes all go in tandem for only one set of beauties – the sex bombs.

These are the ladies who spice up the life of the audience with their skin show and form a key aspect of the entertainment industry. And here is one girl who has been growing hotter with each passing day.

Though her foray into the Telugu circuit was quite bumpy and riddled with controversies, she was compensated enough through success in other circuits. She is none other than Neetu Chandra and right now, she is all set to scorch the screens in Kollywood with her oomph factor once again.

However, one incident took place recently and Neetu says that it is something she can never forget for the rest of her life. Well, it so happened that she has been roped in for the new bilingual of the muscular stud Vishal and the intro song was being canned at a famous studio in Mumbai.

Despite the presence of two more heroines, the director is said to be keen on using the sex appeal of Neetu to the fullest and as part of the song, she was expected to be in a bath tub of red chillies which goes to show the spice she is made of. Technically, the tub was supposed to be filled with fake chillies but then it so happened that there were not enough of them.

Given the commitment and the need to wrap up things on time, the director decided that he would use real red chillies and on the other hand, the pretty Neetu got professional and gave a go for it.

As expected, she was immersed in a tub of real red chillies and was supposed to seduce Vishal in an erotic manner. In no time, the chillies started showing their passion towards the silky skin of Neetu and the poor girl developed rashes. It seems that when the camera was on, she was busy enticing Vishal and as soon as she heard ‘cut’, she used to run to another bath tub which had cool water and spent hours. Neetu says that this was a rather ‘hot’ experience but she liked it.

But then, she maintains that this is something she will always remember and is sad that the rashes have been quite itchy for her. Given the spice that Neetu has added with her real chilli experience, she sure seems to be having a key role to play alongside Vishal on the screen than the other two beauties.

Let us hope that her efforts really pay off at the box office and as it is, the success streak she has been enjoying just passes itself to Vishal as well, who has been struggling real hard to get a hit in the collection centers. Hats off Neetu for your ‘chilly’ experience and let us see how hot it gets on the screen now.

Is Balakrishna Betraying Again?

Yuvaratna Nandamuri Balakrishna has often been known for his high voltage action packed extravaganzas but off late, instead of blasting the box office, the movies have been bombing miserably. However, here he is again with yet another venture but talks have already begun on this.

Apparently, Balayya was recently seen with the stills of his forthcoming venture ‘Simha’ and they have been shaped up very well. However, the buzz is that it was a similar start to his most talked about venture ‘Okka Magadu’ when the stills impressed many and it turned out to be a dud.

So now, many are said to be wary of the stills and are hoping history doesn’t get repeated. However, the good side is, director Boyapati Sreenu is considered a rather talented person so he would know the gravity of Balayya’s sinking graph. So time will tell if ‘Simha’ will roar at box office or roll out of theatres.

It is known news that a major tsunami is currently happening in Kollywood and the cause for that happens to be the noted bombshell Bhuvaneshwari and her revelations after getting arrested on charges of prostitution. Incidentally, Bhuvaneshwari is a known face in Tollywood as well.

Now, it is being said by many in the Telugu circuit that they are relieved not to see Bhuwaneshwari getting arrested here. Whether it is to save embarrassment or out of fear that names of the involved here also would be revealed, that is not sure.

Ramcharan Challenging Big Tamil Heroes

Mega powerstar Ramcharan Teja is currently riding high with the success of the movie ‘Magadheera’ which became a magnum blockbuster. Now, it looks like Charan is taking the battle to Kollywood and would be fighting with none but the best out there.

There is news that the mega family has decided not to remake ‘Magadheera’ in Tamil and therefore, they have decided to release the movie in Tamilnadu, with a dubbed version. This has been titled ‘Maaveeran’ and the makers are looking at Sankranthi next year as the target date of release.

Apparently, big heroes like Ajith and Vijay have already got their slots booked for Sankranthi release and this would mean that Charan would get into a direct competition with them. This would be a true challenge to this warrior and it remains to be seen whether the Tamil thambis will go for Kala Bhairava or their favorite heroes.

Srikanth Didn't Ask Chiru For 'Mahatma' Publicity

Family star Srikanth reached a personal milestone when he did his 100th film in the form of ‘Mahatma’. Though the movie has not got a great response, Srikanth is happy on his achievement. However, the film had its share of controversies and hype before it hit the screens.

One among that was the buzz that megastar Chiranjeevi who is said to be an idol for Srikanth was all set to do publicity for the movie. Now, the makers are said to be looking at releasing the movie across 1000 theatres worldwide. If the film gets positive talk then the collections will overtake the Rs 65 crores record set by ‘Magadheera’. But then, the fact that he is pairing up with Nayantara is one concern say the film folks since she has been giving continuous flops. So this will be one thing to watch out for.

After the success of Mahatma , Srikanth’s 100th film now Krishna Vamsi is all set to test his luck with Ravi Teja. The storyline chosen is nothing but a mythological subject, the story of great grandson's Grand Son of Krishnadevaraya. Bellamkonda Suresh will be producing this film which might hit the sets sometime in November. As of now the title ‘Kandireega’ is being contemplated.
Actor Ravi Teja, who shot into the limelight with Krishna Vamsi’s ‘Kadgam’ will be acting in the latter’s next film that will also be dealing with a social issue. Ravi Teja is presently working in the ‘Sambo Shiva Sambho’ the Telugu remake of a hit Tamil film.

Mahesh Babu and Jr.NTR are director Heroes : Krishnavamsi

Tough task maker Krishnavamsi has been interviewed by ace director S S Rajamouli recently, which was aired on popular channel MAA TV. This show was named as Iddaru Iddare.

On speaking about Heros, Krishnavamsi said heroes are representatives of director. "Some artists perform best like Dileep Kumar, Legendary NTR and Chiranjeevi. Coming to young generation, Jr.NTR and Mahesh babu are the Director heroes. They always perform 20-30% more than the director expectation" said Krishnavamsi.

Ram Charan Orange formal launch in grand style

The formal launch of Ram Charan's upcoming film Orange was held at Novotel in grand style. Chiranjeevi, Dasari Narayana Rao, Venkatesh, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Bommarillu Bhaskar, Rana, Nagababu, Puri Jagannath, Krish, SS Rajamouli, VV Vinayak, Seenu Vytla, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Gemini Kiran, Surender Reddy, KL Narayana, B Gopal, Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, Meher Ramesh, Vamsi Paddipally, Dil Raju, Allu Sirish and Srikanth were some of the prominent personalities who graced the occasion.

Orange is directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. Genelia plays the main female lead opposite Ram Charan. Kajal plays a pivotal role in the film. The film is produced by K Nagababu on Anjana Productions banner. Harish Jayaraj composes music for the film.Cinematography is by Kiran reddy of Naach fame and stunts is by Peter Heins.

Crazy director Puri Jagannath is doing a parody on Magnum Opus Magadheera in his upcoming film Ek Niranjan. The parody scenes were canned on popular comedian Ali, which are said to be special attraction in the film. There was a positive buzz in the film circles that the movie has shaped up well and it is for sure to become the biggest hit in Prabhas career.

Ek Niranjan stars Prabhas and Kangana Ranaut in the lead. The film is produced by Aditya Ram on Aditya Ram movies banner. Music of the film is by Manisharma and cinematography by Shyam K Naidu. The film is slated to release on October 29th.

Kajal rejects Ram Charan offer

Hot actress Kajal has reportedly rejected the role in Ram Charan's upcoming film Orange. The reason is said to Kajal has joined the top league after the success Magadheera and the role offered to her was that of second heroine with a run-time of just 15 minutes. But Ramcharan is insisting on Kajal to that role and he even asked the director to extend her role further. Kajal's reaction on this is yet to be known.

Actress Kirthi Karbhandha of Boni fame is a strong contender for the role of second heroine in this film.

However, the formal launch of this movie is set on 21st of November in Novotel, Hyderabad. The regular shooting will commence from November 25th . Bommarillu Bhaskar is the directing this movie. Genelia has been casted opposite Ram Charan. Ram charan is doing a playboy role in the movie. He will appear in fresh look and represents urban youngsters in the film. The film is produced by K Nagababu on Anjana Productions banner. Harish Jayaraj composes music for the film.
