He bumped into his ex-flame Aishwarya Rai while shooting for his latest film Veer.It happened at the Mehboob Studios where Aishwarya is shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish. Salman too is busy shooting for the promo of Veer. Sources said that Salman emerged from his car and was talking on phone with a smile on his face. In the mean time, Aishwarya too was walking towards her van.Sources said that the ex-lovers' eyes did meet for a moment and then chose to look the other way. Salman, who was all smiles on phone, turned serious and his smile turned into a frown. Even as Salman was walking around uncomfortably, Aishwarya entered her van immediately.It may be recalled that the lovers had an ugly break-up after seeing each other for several years. Aishwarya is now happily married to Abhishek Bachchan while Salman is going steady with Katrina Kaif.

Not until Aamir Khan, disguised as a documentary filmmaker from abroad, landed up at her village on the eve of her wedding. The bride and her family of Churchak village near Jagraon could not in their wildest dreams imagine that the disguised filmmaker was none other than the Bollywood star until he told them so himself. The actor had last week played a similar prank at Ganguly’s house after he landed up in Kolkata disguised as a fan of the former Indian cricket captain. Dressed as a hippie-looking foreigner visiting India for documentary filmmaking, Aamir attended the pre-wedding celebrations in Kaur’s village near Jagraon town, 250 km from Chandigarh. "Aamir Khan came to the wedding functions. Initially, we were told that he was a documentary maker. When his real identity was revealed, there was even greater joy and excitement in the household and the entire village," Ramandeep’s father told Sunday. The trip, of course, was part of Aamir’s ongoing promotion of his yet to be released film "3 Idiots". "Some people approached us a few days back that someone wanted to shoot a rural wedding. That person came as a commoner and was treated as any other guest. Only later we were told that he is Aamir Khan," said Jasvir Singh, a farmer and landlord. The actor not only sang and danced with men and women at the wedding but also ate dinner with them. He even gifted a ring to the bride after the ’Mehendi’ ceremony. He left only past midnight - perhaps headed for another undisclosed location in disguise. But before doing that, he did not forget to invite the new couple to come to Mumbai for the premiere of his latest film later this week - this being his wedding gift for the honeymooners.(IANS)
Rana’s debut movie ‘Leader’ is cleared by censor board with a ‘U’ certificate and sources claim that the censor board appreciated the film and Sekhar Kammula’s conceptualization. It is learnt that Sekhar Kammula came up with this concept when the Assembly elections were in full swing in AP. Rana is very upbeat about his role in this film and claims that the role would represent the citizen’s desire of an ‘Leader’. Let’s hope for the movie to do its best.
Venkatesh and Trisha starrer 'Namo Venkatesa' has almost completed its shooting except for couple of songs. One of these songs is currently being shot in Ramanaidu studios in Nanakramguda. The shooting of this song began today and it is being filmed on Venkatesh and Trisha. After this shooting, only one more song is left to be shot and it will begin from January 2nd onwards. We already reported that 3 sets were erected for each of these songs in Ramanaidu studios. The post production of the film is going on at a brisk pace and it has also coming to an end. Srinu Vytla is directing this film. Achanta Gopichand, Anil Sunkara and Achanta Ram are jointly producing this film under ‘14 Reels Entertainment’ banner and it is being presented by Suresh Productions. The film is also the most expensive in Venkatesh's career; it has been made with a budget of around Rs.25 crores. Brahmanandam is doing a full length role inthis film. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music for the film. The film will be released in January, 2010.

He’s now planning to make an extremely small budget film which will cost not more than Rs.75 lakhs. Rajamouli is said to be very excited about a concept and is willing to do whatever it takes to showcase it to all cinema aficionados. It is supposed to be a story from the point of view of a Fly. Rajamouli is not only planning to make it digitally but also willing to risk investing Rs.1 crore to make this film. Irrespective of the money he might make or loose he says it would give him scope to do something else apart from the formula commercial scripts.
'Arundhati' Anushka has signed another heroine-oriented film in the meanwhile, which has been in the scripting stage for a long while now. Titled 'Panchakshari', the film is all set to go on floors on the 21st. Directed by senior director Samudra, the film is produced by Chandra, who was a makeup assistant to actor Nagarjuna.
